- Who do I love to work with?
- There’s nothing more that I enjoy doing than working with people who are as invested in themselves as I am. Whether they are starting a fitness journey or have experience as a CrossFitter, Runner, Golfer or Weightlifter. If they want to learn more, understand their body better, and seek improvement/relief from pain or injury.
- What do I enjoy doing in my free time?
- I’m a sports and fitness enthusiast. There’s not a whole bunch of things that I don’t enjoy doing from: Golf, weightlifting, Crossfitting, running, biking, or participating in sports. Currently my time is spent between golf, the gym, and spending family time with Kate and our son Lincoln.
